Larry - and the dealership team as a whole - were fantastic with pre-ordering my '22 FXLRST prior to the bike's general release; he helped me score MSRP pricing without any markup (unlike many dealers around the area/country); he got me on a bike to give it a try prior to my ordered bike arriving, just to be sure I was going to be happy (he arranged with the bike's owner to let me ride it); and offered to drop off the bike at my home, over an hour away from the dealership. On top of all of that, Larry provided updates on when my bike should come in and was open to questions post-sale.
